Give your spicy Sriracha PROPERCHIPS a dose of umami heaven. Mixing the depth of sesame and soy with the zip and zing of lime and ginger. Proper moreish.

 

Ingredients:

10 tbsp tahini

300g Greek yoghurt

15g ginger, grated

25g coriander, finely chopped

½ garlic clove, chopped

3 tbsp light soy sauce

3 tbsp lime juice

3 tbsp water

 

Method:

1. In a bowl measure out your tahini, yoghurt, soy, lime and water.

2. Chop your coriander and garlic and grate your ginger.

3. Add everything to the food processor and blend until smooth.

4. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with some fresh coriander and another squeeze of lime.
