200g greek yoghurt

150g buttermilk

3 tbsp mayonnaise

5g white onion, finely diced

10g dill, finely chopped

10g chives, finely sliced

10g parsley leaves, finely chopped

juice of a lemon ½ garlic, chopped

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper



1. Measure out your greek yoghurt, buttermilk and mayonnaise and place in your food processor.

2. Finely dice your onion then chop your dill, chives, parsley and garlic and add to the blender, squeeze in the lemon, season and briefly blend.

3. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle a few more chives on top. Enjoy with a big bowl of Barbecue PROPERCHIPS.
